Press Release on 11th Oct. 2016Enforcement staff of JMC demolished the on going unothorized construction of extending shops at Nai Basti Satwari
On the instructions of Dr. Manmohan Singh (KAS) Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation Jammu and under the supervision of Sh. R.S. Jamwal (KAS) Joint Commissioner (Administration), the Enforcement staff demolished the on going unothorized construction of extending shops at Nai Basti Satwari which were being raised by Pawan Singh , The demolation operation has been conducted with the help of Police Force. The said illegal construction seriously effects the planned development of Jammu City and contravenes the zoning regulation.
The Jammu Municipal Corporation appeals to the General Public to refrain from making encroachments and unauthorized constructions / Conversion in violation of land use otherwise strict action as admissible under rule leading to demolition / sealing will be taken
