Press Release on 29th June 2017JMC SEALS THE PREMISES AT SAINIK COLONY, JAMMU
On the instructions of Sh. M. Raju (IAS) Commissioner, Jammu Municipal Corporation Jammu and under the supervision of Sh. R.S. Jamwal (KAS) Joint Commissioner (Administration), the Enforcement staff led by the Enforcement Officer while taking action against the violations sealed the premises of Sh. Prem Sagar S/o Sh. Tulla Ram at Plot No: 9, Sec No: B, Sainik Colony, Jammu who was raising the construction for commercial purpose against the residential approved building plan in violation of the land use of the area from residential to commercial one. The sealing operation has been conducted with the help of Police Force from District Police Lines, Jammu.
The Jammu Municipal Corporation appeals to the General Public to refrain from making encroachments and unauthorized constructions / Conversion in violation of land use otherwise strict action as admissible under rule leading to demolition / sealing will be taken.
