Press Release on 14th October 2019Jammu Municipal Corporation sealed the premises of an illegal building.
During a drive to check illegal constructions across Jammu City, the Enforcement staff of Jammu Municipal Corporation sealed two shops being constructed illegally by S. Mandeep singh S/o S. Paramjeet Singh at Friends Colony Ext. Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
The above said constructions had been raised unauthorizedly and in violation of the building plan. The Jammu Municipal Corporation initiated the action under the provisions of J&K Control of Building Operation Act 1998.
Municipal authorities have requested all the Jammu City dwellers to refrain from any act of construction and encroachments and support the Municipal Corporation’s endeavors to make city clean and organized.
